QRM’s One Source Management program brings a new level of service to the management of our clients’ contingent staffing suppliers. QRM utilizes our clients’ guidelines and performance matrix to work with Approved Vendors. This approach compels Approved Vendors to provide responsive service and high quality candidates for each position. QRM’s Vendor Management services also include:

Communicate clients’ standards
Manage requisition activity
Maintaining database of temporary associates and contractors work history & vendor/supplier
Coordinating and verifying timecards for the contingency workforce assigned
Consolidate invoicing and reporting
Auditing all invoices for mark-up, pay, bill and coding accuracy
Processing invoices and payments through the proper channels
Creating and distributing contingency workforce utilization reports
Conduct Vendor Performance and Compliance Reviews

QRM’s Vendor Approach

QRM develops seamless partnerships with our clients address the challenges of properly managing their contingent workforce. QRM does not replace existing suppliers that are performing to our clients’ standards. QRM does enhance these relationships through resources, streamlined communications, quicker payment terms, immediate notification of open and closed positions and coordinated retention/recognition activities.
